We are seeking an reputed company and bilingual Customer Service Representative/Enrollment Specialist to join our remote call center team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and web-based portal, providing information on programs and services, and resolving inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative/Enrollment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries received reputed company phone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services
• Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for reputed company investigation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
