The Role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Emergency Response Team, reputed company to reputed company reputed company 48-72 hours in response to natural disasters and national emergencies. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional customer service to US residents in need, leveraging your Spanish-English language skills to communicate effectively and resolve issues reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish-English
- Computer experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- US citizenship (required for government contract work)
Technology Requirements
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- USB wired headset (recommended)
- Smartphone or device running IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
