[Remote] Stock Plan Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Global Stock Administrator to join our equity team. This role is responsible for administering stock plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering an excellent employee experience across multiple reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Administer global equity compensation programs (e.g., stock reputed company, RSUs, ESPP) from grant to vesting, exercise, and settlement
  • reputed company monthly/quarterly audits and reconciliations
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with global regulatory, tax, and securities requirements
  • Support global employee communications and education regarding equity programs
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external vendors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Payroll, HR, Tax, and Treasury, as reputed company as external service providers
  • Create, update, and maintain stock plan procedural documents
  • Maintain best practices with respect to SOX controls, governing stock plan documents, and applicable processes to ensure accurate and reputed company processing of equity award data
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in process improvement
  • Excellent business judgement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Skills

  • 3+ years stock administration experience in a US-based global public company
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Familiarity with payroll processes impacting stock administration
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter and results-oriented
  • Detailed oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organized and thorough with desire for reputed company improvement and reputed company with a reputed company on automation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience in process improvement
  • Excellent business judgement, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Prior experience with Equity Edge Online (EEO) and reputed company is preferred
  • Experience with reputed company and Equity Edge Online preferred
  • Experience with multinational companies, technology industry a plus
