We're seeking an reputed company bilingual licensed customer service representative to join our Gold Customer Service team. As a member of this team, you'll reputed company expert, around-the-clock assistance to agents, empowering them to grow their businesses and creating a meaningful reputed company every day. Responsibilities

As a licensed bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in their time of need by building rapport and reputed company handling inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, addressing questions reputed company to renewals, coverage, eligibility, billing, and policy changes.
