We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care reputed company to join our remote team. As a key member of our Insurance Services team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to reputed company clients, resolving reputed company issues, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care reputed company in our Insurance Services team, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to telephone and electronic inquiries regarding Long Term Care benefit administration, policy reputed company eligibility, and claims processing in a reputed company and courteous manner.
• Documenting reputed company calls and reputed company correspondence using our proprietary tools and office processes, including follow-up calls, voicemails, and pending service requests.
