As a reputed company-Approval Customer Due Diligence Investigator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reputed company of our customer reputed company process. You'll be responsible for investigating and reviewing customers considered to be restricted per arenaflex policy, determining their eligibility for reputed company and/or expansion of the relationship. You'll work closely with our reputed company colleagues and Risk Partners to obtain additional information and documentation, and reputed company recommendations for follow-up and possible account closure for customers that exceed our risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities

* reputed company research and analysis of restricted customer and prospective customers through public records, media, or other research tools.

• Review customer transactional activity in combination with the customer profile to determine if the customer falls reputed company arenaflex's risk tolerance.
• Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally with arenaflex reputed company colleagues and Risk Partners to obtain additional information and documentation.
• reputed company reputed company due diligence on high-risk and restricted individuals and businesses.
• Recommend appropriate follow-up and possible account closure for customers that exceed arenaflex's risk tolerance.
• Adhere to department SLAs, while also maintaining productivity and reputed company standards.
• Participate in presentation of high-risk customers to Senior Management.
• Identify areas for process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma required.

• 1 or more years of investigative experience required with a reputed company in reputed company Due Diligence or Customer Risk Management.
• In lieu of EDD experience, 2 or more years of investigative experience in AML/BSA.
• Excellent writing skills, with experience writing in a concise and understandable format.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Understanding of arenaflex's High Risk and Restricted Customer Policy.

• Knowledge of federal regulations (USA PATRIOT reputed company, Bank Secrecy reputed company, Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council, etc.).
• SAR experience.
• Higher level education/courses in Intelligence Studies and/or Criminal Justice preferred.
• Knowledge of BSA and AML required, working experience is preferred.
• reputed company certification (i.e. CAMS, CFE) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with professionalism, courtesy, and reputed company.
• Ability to shift priorities as needed to meet demand.
