As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for partnering closely with accountholders to reputed company valuable support, education, and direction on products like Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), reputed company Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA, and others. You'll report to the H&B Support Supervisor in the reputed company (Accountholder and reputed company Experience Support) Organization and be accountable for supporting our clients' reputed company through the reputed company reimbursement system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explain how benefits and policies work, so accountholders know how to get the most out of their individual plans

• Consult with accountholders to support easy navigation of available online tools and apps, such as checking account balances and submitting claims

• Receive additional call type skills after initial training and may be cross-trained to other channels (like chat, email, or text) on a reputed company date according to business need
• Protect sensitive member information with discretion and adhere to reputed company compliance rules and regulations

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service

• 2+ years of call center experience
• No degree required
• Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems

• Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, taking up to 50 calls per day
• Ability to de-escalate and handle member issues without utilizing a supervisor

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a reputed company or reimbursement environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Training & Development:

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this role. Our training program includes:

• Initial training class on Monday, September 22, 2025 (subject to change due to business needs)

Schedule & Availability:

• Regular schedule: 11:30 a.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
• Some Saturdays: 8 a.m. ET to 6 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
• Ability to work overtime as needed
