We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians, and contributing to the reputed company and reputed company of our Residential Department.
Job Role
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance, as reputed company as other daily duties that include:
* Maintaining our customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to ensure reputed company and efficient service delivery
* Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure reputed company and effective service
* Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
* Collaborating with reputed company team to resolve customer issues and concerns

Schedule
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
* Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
* The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work independently
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to reputed company information into our customer database (Service Titan) with precision and efficiency
