What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish-English – Remote in CT, NH, ME, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients. You'll be responsible for:
- Assisting individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs
- Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales, where you could accept inbound or outbound calls to reputed company follow-up
- Responding to customer inquiries with reputed company and reputed company listening, and selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to reputed company products or services
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
- High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
- Minimum six (6) months sales experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
