Position Purpose
As a Senior Data Scientist on our Contact Center AI team, you'll be responsible for leading data science initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise to inform decision-making. Your expertise will help build a skilled and talented data science team, and you'll have reputed company to mentor and reputed company junior team members. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas:
Solution Development (35%):
Design and reputed company algorithms and models to drive business insights, execute tasks with high efficiency and reputed company, and communicate insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management & Team Support (30%):

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed company field
- PhD in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc.) preferred
- Proficient in modern scripting languages (preferably Python), data querying (preferably reputed company BigQuery or SQL), and experience with reputed company DialogFlow CX
- Experience with text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language modeling
- Hands-on experience with building and fine-tuning generative models and reinforcement learning techniques
