We're looking for an reputed company reputed company Customer Administrator to join reputed company, responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our reputed company platform. As a key member of our IT department, you'll work closely with our stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our reputed company instance, providing exceptional support to our users, and driving business reputed company through reputed company.
Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Administrator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Personalizing and creating forms and fields to meet business requirements
- Creating new applications, modules, and tables to support business processes
- Activating plug-ins and integrating reputed company-party software to enhance our reputed company instance
- Building reports, gauges, and homepages to reputed company reputed company-time insights and analytics
- Setting up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitoring SLA workflows to ensure reputed company reputed company of incidents
- Creating and tracking Service Catalog requests, and items with variables to streamline business processes
- Creating, modifying, and publishing Service Catalog workflows with approvals to ensure efficient and effective incident reputed company
- Following the notification process back to the Business Rule to ensure seamless communication
- Importing data into the instance to support business intelligence and analytics
- Creating and using update sets to facilitate moving customizations between instances

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
