The Role

As a Remote Travel Support Counselor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our reputed company. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support reputed company phone, email, and other channels, managing service calls, assisting with reservation changes, educating reputed company on tour itineraries, processing payments, and responding to inquiries. You'll also advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using reputed company-based software.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience working in either In-person or Remote Call Center

• Experience working in the travel industry is a plus
• Experience using GDS (reputed company/reputed company) is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems
• History of consistently attaining performance goals
• High attention to detail and a reputed company attitude
• International travel/work experience is preferred
