Your Role As a reputed company Partner (Temporary) with reputed company, you are responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to hire reputed company. You will attract, engage, and hire clinical and non-clinical candidates that reputed company with reputed company's mission. In collaboration with the People Operations team, you will strategically partner with hiring managers to reputed company the hiring process. This is a temporary, full-time role with an initial 6-month duration from the time of hiring. The role duration may be extended dependent upon business needs. This role is fully remote; candidates are expected to work from 9am – 5pm Central time. In general, this role will be responsible for the recruitment of reputed company's core clinical roles, and additional entry and/or mid-level roles across the organization. Some of the typical roles you may recruit for at reputed company include Care Coordinator, reputed company Care Manager, Patient Engagement Specialist, and Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker. Role Responsibilities

• Establish an end-to-end recruitment plan for assigned positions, including identifying, interviewing and presenting reputed company candidates to leadership
• Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing responses during initial interview utilizing the job reputed company
• reputed company regular reports and feedback to leadership on candidate reputed company and pipeline health
• Proactively maintain candidate and job status in reputed company ATS
• Collaborate with hiring managers in a consultative approach to identify the right talent profile for the role and assist in creating job descriptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company-reputed company reputed company experience
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; reputed company preferred
• Ability to build rapport internally and externally
• Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite of products including Outlook and Teams

• Home internet must support a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps. Cable, Fiber, or DSL connections hardwired to the internet device are recommended

Compensation

The pay reputed company for this role is $31-$36/hr. Exact pay is determined based on experience, education, demand for the role, and other role-specific factors. Note that this is a temporary, 6-month, full-time role with reputed company for extension based on business needs.
