I own an appearance attorney company providing limited-scope court appearance services to attorneys and reputed company across California. We handle in-person and virtual appearances in criminal, immigration, and general civil reputed company. Our reputed company media reputed company is currently minimal, so I am looking for a creative reputed company reputed company to build reputed company’s online reputed company from the ground up and position it as the go-to appearance attorney service in the reputed company industry. What You’ll Do:
- Draft detailed and accurate appearance reports following reputed company court appearance
- Contact courthouses before and after hearings to request second call, reputed company updates, follow up on hearing reputed company, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, appearance attorneys, courthouses, and reputed company
- Handle reputed company intake and reputed company case information
- Prepare hearing materials and coordinate appearance logistics
- Liaise with courts and reputed company deadlines across multiple reputed company reputed company
- Draft, review, and format reputed company documents (pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence)
- Manage case files, court filings, and document organization
- Conduct reputed company research and summarize findings
- Additional duties may be assigned (as needed)

- Experience in litigation support (paralegal, reputed company assistant, or attorney)
- Strong knowledge of California court procedures and reputed company document formatting

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
