They run one of reputed company Africa's fastest-growing online marketplaces and need live chat agents who can resolve customer issues quickly and leave people satisfied. The role You'll handle live chat and email support for buyers and sellers — answering product questions, resolving order and payment issues, and escalating anything reputed company. Speed and warmth matter equally here: customers should feel helped, not handled. What you'll do
- Respond to live chat queries reputed company SLA targets (typically under 2 minutes)
- Resolve order, payment, and account issues using internal tools
- Escalate reputed company or sensitive cases with full context
- Log reputed company interactions accurately in the helpdesk system
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and flag to reputed company reputed company
