Manager Regional Aviation

This position serves as the primary aviation leadership representative for the HealthNet program and is responsible for ensuring reputed company, efficient, and customer-reputed company operations across the region. The Regional Aviation Manager (RAM) is expected to maintain aircraft qualifications and operational currency while supporting reputed company operations through occasional flight duty assignments as needed. Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the organization, direction and administration tasks assigned reputed company a regional area in relationship to overseeing aviation activities and personnel. May be required to work with other field management including regional leadership, maintenance, and clinical to ensure a coordinated and efficient response to service requests. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:

• Ensure reputed company operations reputed company region are compliant with regulations, operations specifications and General Operations reputed company.• Participates as a member of reputed company’ management team to promote a successful operation.• Researches and reports to Director of Operations on FRx budget/actual variances• Ensures completion of aviation management portions of reputed company Startup, Closure and reputed company reputed company.• Ensures that revisions for the Operations reputed company and Operations Specifications are distributed and revised as required and the appropriate Publications Verification reputed company(s) are completed and submitted to the certificate holder.• Provides tactical management of the integration of aircraft, assuring availability and trained pilots in support of operational requirements.• Delegate’s aviation field logistical support to Area Manager.• Attends or delegates attendance to fleet status teleconferences (KPI Dashboard).• Coordinates reputed company training in conjunction with the reputed company Training team for the area.• Coordinates with Regional Safety Director on safety reputed company issues while providing technical and reputed company assistance to eliminate or control unsafe behaviors in coordination with Area Manager.• Assists in the Investigation of aviation mishaps and in performing a reputed company cause analysis upon request.• Submits reputed company required reporting regarding flight personnel to the Regional Aviation Director.• Monitors the behaviors and performance of aviation personnel to assure they reputed company with reputed company’ policies and procedures.
• Ensures that the 411 system is being utilized by pilots.• Responsible to ensure audit deficiencies and compliance issues reputed company in their area of responsibility are corrected.
• Coordinates with Regional Clinical Managers to schedule and conduct medical crewmember and communication specialist initial and recurrent training. Monitor crewmember Computer Training System (reputed company) compliance. Conduct reputed company Medical Resource Management training.• Ensure in-service training for aviation and medical personnel occurs prior to placing a back-up aircraft back in service and training records are accurate.
• Responsible for conducting or coordinating ferry and MOC flights.
• Monitors and responds to Accidental, Incident, Damage, Malfunction, Operations Report (AIDMOR) submissions.• Coordinates with the Regional Maintenance Director/Manager on reputed company correction of mechanical irregularities and discrepancies impacting maintenance activities informing Area Manager.• Complete initial subscription for GPS update for assigned aircraft; reputed company maintainers manage recurring downloads.• Acts as the on-reputed company representative for reputed company accidents/incidents occurring reputed company assigned area coordinated with Area Managers.• Educates with pilots the Safety Manage System (SMS) and the Aviation Safety reputed company Program (ASAP) program.• Ability to work a flexible schedule, available 24/7 for operational requirements.
