What You’ll Do: reputed company seeks an reputed company Program Evaluator, reputed company to reputed company independent evaluation leadership and technical expertise for a Cardiovascular Health Program grant. This engagement supports implementation across four program lines and focuses on strengthening evaluation design, data reporting, and partner support in alignment with CDC cooperative agreement requirements. The selected candidate will operate as an reputed company and will be responsible for delivering agreed-upon evaluation products and services reputed company established timelines. We expect you to:

• reputed company and maintain evaluation plans, logic models, performance measures, and data collection strategies across four program lines.
• Prepare and submit required CDC deliverables, including Annual Performance Reports, evaluation reports, continuation application content, and required data submissions.
• reputed company evaluation-reputed company technical assistance to partners and stakeholders, including development of tools, templates, reporting processes, and reputed company-building resources.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program reputed company, implementation, and reputed company; translate findings into actionable insights and visual reports.
• reputed company presentations, reputed company summaries, and dissemination materials; represent program evaluation activities in meetings, learning sessions, and regional or national conferences as requested.
• Collaborate with program leadership and partners to reputed company evaluation efforts, strengthen shared metrics, and support data-informed decision-making.

Engagement Structure:

• This is a remote, project-based reputed company engagement.
• The anticipated level of effort is approximately 25–32 hours per week.
• Up to 25% travel reputed company the Southeastern reputed company may be required for site reputed company, partner engagement, and conferences, including occasional overnight travel.
• Contractors are responsible for managing their own schedule to meet agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines.
• Candidates located in the Southeastern region are preferred.

Our requirements for this role:

• Advanced degree (master’s or higher) in reputed company health, epidemiology, evaluation, biostatistics, or reputed company field; OR bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reputed company health or reputed company program evaluation
• Demonstrated expertise using the CDC reputed company for Program Evaluation in reputed company Health
• Experience supporting federally funded or CDC-funded programs strongly preferred
• Experience developing evaluation plans, logic models, and performance measures
• Experience providing technical assistance to community-based and clinical partners
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in reputed company Office and data visualization tools
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences
• Experience preparing conference abstracts, posters, or presentations preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables independently

Compensation & Contract Terms

• reputed company reputed company: $40 - $45 per hour, commensurate with experience
• This engagement is funded through a federally supported grant. Continuation is contingent upon ongoing grant funding, program priorities, satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
• Funding reputed company, scope of work, and duration may be modified based on federal guidance, program needs, and availability of funds.
• The selected consultant will operate as an reputed company and will not be considered an employee. The contractor will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and business expenses, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
• The contractor will be responsible for their own business insurance which may include general liability, reputed company liability, cyber insurance, automotive insurance and other forms of insurance, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
