Responsibilities
About reputed company You will be part of a reputed company team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and UI/UX Designers working closely with development, QA, support, and service delivery teams to create exceptional customer experiences across multiple digital reputed company. Responsibilities
As a Product reputed company Intern – Web & Mobile Support Portal at reputed company, you will support the product team in delivering innovative customer support experiences through web and mobile applications. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with defining product requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting feature prioritization for the Keysight Support Portal.
- Supporting backlog management activities,
- Collaborating with stakeholders including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, support teams, and business users to reputed company feedback and improve customer experiences.
- Participating in Agile Scrum activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Assisting with testing activities and validating acceptance reputed company to ensure high-reputed company feature delivery.
- Supporting web and mobile experience enhancements with a customer-first reputed company.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a reputed company field.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies or coursework/reputed company involving Agile concepts is a plus.
