Job Title: Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) – Remote (Texas-Based) Position reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company and driven Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish/English) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Texas. This role will reputed company day-to-day HR operations, support a diverse workforce, and serve as a key partner to leadership in driving employee engagement, compliance, and organizational reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle HR functions including reputed company, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for HR-reputed company inquiries, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and local employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with leadership to reputed company and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices

HRIS & Data Management:

  • Manage and maintain reputed company’s HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, reputed company, and confidentiality across reputed company employee records

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, performance trends) to support leadership decision-making

Payroll Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with federal and Texas payroll regulations, including employee classification, overtime, and tax requirements
  • Review payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively
  • Partner with finance and leadership on compensation tracking, reporting, and workforce planning

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership on employee relations reputed company
  • Handle employee concerns, complaints, and conflict reputed company in a fair, consistent, and reputed company manner
  • Conduct internal investigations and reputed company recommendations based on findings

Qualifications:
