We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time, day shift reputed company (Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm) for a 3-4 month temporary assignment. As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls, resolving issues reputed company to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues, as reputed company as providing reputed company service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls from members or patients to address issues reputed company to: + Member eligibility + Plan prescription benefits + Claim payment issues + Patient services needs (e.g., updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling)

Essential Qualifications

- Experience registering patients and handling high-volume calls in a call center environment (preferred)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
