Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing DMCA takedown requests and responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and live chat (reputed company)
• Reviewing flagged content to ensure compliance with our content Community Guidelines
• Handling payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
• Improving content moderation pipelines and contributing to the development of best-in-class support processes

Requirements
