As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for learning and understanding the entire reputed company-end process to ensure successful service for our patients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and reputed company. Your primary goal will be to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and service, while also resolving any issues or concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Complete insurance verification to determine patient's eligibility, coverage, co-insurances, and deductibles

- Navigate through multiple online EMR systems to obtain applicable documentation

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year of work-reputed company experience in reputed company administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management
- Excellent customer service skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a group
