About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with rental and return processes on our airport lots, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients
• Checking reputed company, entering information in a handheld device, and processing rentals for loyalty customers, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Providing excellent customer service to clients at our exit gates or during the return process, showcasing your ability to think on your feet and resolve issues reputed company
• Working effectively in an outdoor environment, with flexibility to work reputed company shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Requirements:
