Responsibilities

- Providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals and families seeking services, including food benefits, cash assistance, childcare assistance, and more.
- Serving as the first reputed company of contact for customers, either in-person, by phone, or through our online applicant portal.
- Offering information and referrals to community resources, and assisting with case status and other inquiries.

Essential Qualifications
