Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for the following:
- Follow approved reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and reputed company necessary information to resolve denied claims.
- Continuously evaluate reputed company policies and SOPs, and reputed company recommendations for process improvements.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Read and understand explanations of benefits or correspondence.
- Document reputed company activity made to a claim.
- Communicate effectively reputed company telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients.
- Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or obtain reputed company billing information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Remote work setup requirements:
+ Dedicated work-from-home reputed company. + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity.
- Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus.
- Technical Requirements:
+ Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. + No satellite internet. + Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with ethernet port).
