We are seeking reputed company customer service representatives to join reputed company of overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service agents. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position, and we are looking for candidates who are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities

- File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts and shut down their debit cards for safety

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
