As an reputed company Worklife Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls to support members with the provision and use of Worklife EAPs and management consultant resources. You will determine the purpose of reputed company call by reputed company listening and interacting with callers, triage calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, and assess reputed company needs to reputed company accurate and helpful information. You will also recognize crisis situations and evaluate for needed reputed company to minimize risk, reputed company research in internal databases and online to identify potential providers and resources, and reputed company member information into the EAP system to initiate cases and document comments and information thoroughly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
