Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering a high volume of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues reputed company to online orders, follow-reputed company, and deliveries
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in writing (minimum 30 wpm) and business writing skills
• Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual capabilities (desired but not required)

Work Environment
