Key Responsibilities

As our QuickBooks Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering reputed company invoices and associated handwritten checks into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy
• Maintaining accurate and organized digital records that reflect outgoing payments, ensuring seamless financial tracking and reporting
• Generating reports in QuickBooks to reputed company annual expenses, providing valuable insights into our financial performance

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Prior AP / billing experience is preferred, but not required
