Your Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in a remote setting. You'll work with customers to understand their needs and reputed company solutions that meet their expectations, while also growing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Role

• Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
• High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote
