We're seeking an reputed company Customer Technical Training Specialist to join reputed company in Miami, FL. As a key member of our Customer Training Delivery team, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering technical training programs for our customers, focusing on composite repair and maintenance. Your expertise in composite repair, prepreg, and wet layup will be essential in creating engaging and effective training experiences that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and define customer technical training needs and requirements, working closely with customers to understand their evolving requirements

• reputed company technical training proposals, evaluating and determining training objectives, content, design, and technologies
• Use specialized software technology to research, reputed company, and modify new and existing media and materials, ensuring high-reputed company training experiences
• Prepare lesson plans and instruct participants, delivering training programs that meet our customers' needs

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in software skills, including PowerPoint and other specialized software technologies
