Insurance Litigation Paralegal

Job reputed company:

• Communicate regularly with clients, doctors’ offices, and insurance companies reputed company phone and email.
• Obtain reputed company documentation necessary to support a reputed company's claim for benefits
• Conduct case research and assist attorneys with case development
• Review, analyze, and assess reputed company case files to determine next steps
• Prepare benefit claim forms and draft appeals of denied benefits
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• reputed company administrative support for attorneys as needed
• Drafting letters and other documents.
• Proofread and review important procedural documents before they are mailed out.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required, with a strong reputed company record
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software.
