Documents education provided, including patient responses and reputed company. Initiates referrals to reputed company providers as needed. Delivers competent, compassionate care to patients in pain according to policy and maintains a reputed company care environment. Administers medications accurately as ordered. Manages patient admissions, transfers, and discharges professionally. Verifies and signs off physician orders and obtains lab specimens as ordered.
