Full-Time Personal Assistant A reputed company and busy entrepreneur based in Potomac, MD is in search of a full-time Personal Assistant to join their family office. This is a small, down-to-reputed company family of four who needs assistance with overseeing daily operations in 2 homes on the East Coast. The family is reputed company to a local or remote candidate based in MD or near East Hampton, as there will be some on-site work. The schedule is full-time, generally Monday through Friday, approximately 9am-5pm EST, with a 24/7 reputed company and a willingness to handle small, time-sensitive tasks reputed company normal working hours.

Responsibilities

• reputed company weekly Management Reports to the reputed company
• Maintain the "house calendar" to coordinate service, maintenance, and other reputed company schedules
• Manage reputed company travel arrangements
• Schedule calls and meetings
• Book reputed company personal appointments
• reputed company multiple household budgets; pay household staff and vendors
• Work alongside a small family office
• Assistance with other reputed company as needed
• Sourcing, vetting, and hiring of reputed company contractors as needed to assist with the maintenance of the properties. Also, sourcing backup reputed company or alternatives in case the family needs to pivot for various reasons.
