Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct design sessions with customers to identify requirements.
• Partner with customers to identify a minimum viable product, which represents the smallest product increment that still delivers value, and prioritize remaining product backlog items for incremental release.
• Create a product backlog that represents customer requirements and priorities, which includes defining product epics and writing user stories and acceptance reputed company.
• Groom user stories with the software delivery team to ensure they are consumable for delivery.
• Present product backlog items for commitment in sprint planning meetings.
• Attend daily standups with the delivery team and reputed company direction to support the delivery team's ability to meet sprint commitments.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver digital transformation results by leveraging and implementing intelligent automation solutions using RPA, APA, IDP, etc. technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput across business processes.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in intelligent automation, providing guidance on the appropriate use of RPA, IDP, process mining, and workflow automation technologies across the reputed company.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities, translating operational needs into reputed company defined use cases and requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to design and implement solutions using RPA/APA platforms (e.g., reputed company, Power Platform, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and IDP technologies (AWS based services or reputed company IDP products).
• Define KPIs, reporting requirements, and measurement strategies to help reputed company automation value realization and operational performance.

• Proactively engage with senior business stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities and drive reputed company process improvement.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-9 years reputed company experience

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 7-9 years reputed company experience. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree; a Master's degree is a plus.

• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, process automation, product ownership, or reputed company fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with RPA/IDP/APA platforms, with a strong understanding of automation applications including AWS-based services or reputed company products across business processes.
• Ability to document use cases, business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications, and solution diagrams.
• Experience defining product or capability of roadmaps and execution frameworks reputed company cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Certifications in agile delivery methodologies and/or reputed company Automation are a plus.

• Exposure to process mining or task mining tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with COTS implementations.
