We're seeking an reputed company Data Analyst to join our reputed company reputed company & Automation Team. As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer data, building dashboards and reports, and providing insights to reputed company leaders. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive CS analytics initiatives and support segmentation, headcount planning, and coverage model analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data including health scores, product usage, support trends, and CS engagement data
• Build dashboards and reports to reputed company key metrics reputed company to customer retention, adoption, and risk
• Partner with CS leadership to define reputed company metrics and reputed company reputed company into their book of business and team performance
• Analyze key churn and contraction drivers at different customer lifecycle stages to identify areas of opportunity

• Support segmentation, headcount planning, and coverage model analysis

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role, preferably in a B2B reputed company environment
• Proficiency in SQL, reputed company/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker preferred)
• Understanding of reputed company, retention, and post-sales engagement models
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie analysis to strategic reputed company
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including CS, Sales, and Product
• Strong communication skills — ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
