As a Talent Manager – Administrative & Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication, site reputed company, and networking events
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies to meet or reputed company sales targets

Qualifications

* Degree preferred

• 1+ years industry experience preferred
• 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment
• At least one year of reputed company in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision reputed company environment
• Prior reputed company marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/reputed company-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships
