Responsibilities
As a Benefits Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees in a reputed company and empathetic manner
- Resolving HR and benefits-reputed company inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Tracking, logging, and following up on reputed company cases and transactions
- Escalating recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers as needed
