As a remote call center representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred

• Type 40 WPM & Hard Wired High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company informed reputed company
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a strong reputed company on collaboration and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Work Environment

* Remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home

• Must live in Texas (not reputed company) or Arizona
• Contract position through January
• Must be available to work ANY shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun reputed company-7pm central

Pay and Benefits

* Pay reputed company: $16.50/hr

• The pay reputed company for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
