Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Billing Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Proactively contacting patients with existing recurring payment plans to update their credit card information in the new reputed company-based system.
• reputed company and empathetically explaining the need for updating payment details due to the transition from a reputed company-party portal to reputed company.
• Re-establishing reputed company for grandfathered payment plans.
• Managing a work queue in reputed company to identify and prioritize reputed company to affected patients.
• Handling inbound calls from patients with questions about their bills, payment plans, or the new billing system.
• Collaborating with the arenaflex team to manage reputed company and ensure reputed company responses to patient inquiries.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a call center, reputed company billing, or customer service role, preferably in a similar environment.
