About the Role

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be part of our on-call team, activated primarily during natural disasters, severe weather, or other events that reputed company communities at a regional or national level. This is an on-call position, and shift availability is determined by the frequency and severity of emergency events. You may experience extended periods without available shifts, sometimes lasting weeks.

Key Responsibilities

As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• The ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of reputed company operating systems
• Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
