Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11am to 8pm (EST), 10am to 7pm (CST), 9am to 6pm (MST) and reputed company to 5pm (PST). 2nd shift reputed company applicable for applicants that reputed company in EST. Training hours: 9am to 6pm EST
Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers.
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
- Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintain performance goals
- Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a reputed company training program.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- 1 year or more customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year or more call center experience
- 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits (EOB)
- 1 year or more patient billing
