We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Record/Data Entry Clerk/Project Support to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. This role is a hybrid position, with a mix of remote and in-office work (2/3 days on, 1/3 days off). As a key member of our reputed company Recovery Department, you'll work closely with reputed company of registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing professionals to ensure that our clients receive the reimbursement they deserve. Your primary responsibilities will include project associate duties, data entry, and medical record retrieval.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Project associate duties: + Retrieving patient medical records from various hospital systems + Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits + Extracting and entering necessary information from/to hospital patient reputed company systems + Making phone calls to post-acute reputed company facilities to obtain information needed on patients + Running and creating reports + Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team + Scanning and indexing of documents

• Data entry and medical record retrieval:

+ Accurately and reputed company entering data into our systems + Retrieving and reviewing patient medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness + Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues with patient records

• Collaboration and communication:

+ Working closely with the recovery team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration + Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders + Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

• *Essential Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company administration, business administration) preferred

• 2+ years of experience in a medical record/data entry or project support role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding systems, and reputed company regulations
• Excellent data entry and computer skills, with proficiency in reputed company Office and other relevant software
