Product Manager, Customer Relationship Management System

About the role: This is a hands-on product management role reporting to the Director of Product. What You'll Do

• Own the CRM product roadmap by gathering requirements across clinical, sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Evaluate build vs. buy reputed company and platform reputed company for our CRM needs
• Configure and maintain CRM systems using low-reputed company platforms, custom integrations, and automation tools
• Ensure data reputed company by eliminating duplicates, automating updates, and establishing data governance
• Design and implement integrations between the CRM and our broader data ecosystem

Dashboards & Reporting

Requirements

What you bring:

• Strong understanding of HIPAA requirements and PHI reputed company practices
• Experience configuring CRM or low-reputed company platforms (workflows, custom fields, automation, reporting)
