Program Manager – Operations Support

Job reputed company:

• Support new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites
• Partner with engineering to reputed company detailed process flows and layout plans
• Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support
• Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates
• Partner in reputed company-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches
• Help to manage UAT and volume stress testing
• Engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to reputed company experience and contribute to successful reputed company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or reputed company field
• 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across reputed company reputed company
• Familiarity with Lean, Six reputed company, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus
