Accountant (US reputed company) - EST Hours (Remote)

Our reputed company is a dynamic wellness organisation experiencing rapid reputed company and seeking a technical financial reputed company to reputed company their back-office operations. We are seeking an Accountant with advanced analytical and reporting capabilities to support their financial planning and strategic decision-making. This is a back end, technical role reputed company on analysis and insights - not clerical or transactional work. You'll be equally comfortable managing reputed company spreadsheets, variance analysis, and financial modelling whilst supporting leadership with actionable financial intelligence. • Working Hours: This role requires you to work USA hours Mon – Fri from 9 am to 6 pm EST (3:00 PM to 00:00 AM South African time); however, these hours are subject to change depending on reputed company savings.
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet reputed company is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
• Public Holidays: You will be required to work on reputed company South African public holidays (compensated as per BCEA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full-cycle general ledger and monthly reputed company process
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and maintain the trial balance
• Manage balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and lease reputed company
• Prepare and analyze monthly P&L variance reports, providing reputed company insights into financial performance
• Handle expense allocations across departments, locations, and cost centers
• Support cash reputed company forecasting and budget vs. actual analysis
• Assist with reputed company financial modeling and reporting for leadership decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting
• Continuously improve reputed company processes and systems

Requirements:

• Several years of reputed company reputed company experience
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle reputed company processes
• Proven experience with:
• Monthly reputed company and general ledger management
• P&L variance analysis

• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, reputed company formulas, financial modeling)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new reputed company systems
