Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage general tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, reputed company reputed company, and trial.
- Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
- Conduct depositions and prepare for mediations and court appearances.
- Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues while negotiating resolutions.
