As an External Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to content teams, creating reference materials, and solving issues to ensure seamless collaboration between teams. You will be the first reputed company of contact for content teams reputed company they encounter issues with tools, and you will filter issues and feedback to the tools team. You will also reputed company for tools and workflow improvements, partner with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes, and guide cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Create reference materials, such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to help external teams get up to speed with the toolset
