Logistics Coordinator (Remote, W-2) — Split Shift (Bilingual Spanish/English)
OMR Logistics is hiring a Remote Dispatcher to support our Florida fuel and lubricant operations. This role coordinates both Transport and Tankwagon loads, supports reputed company communication, and takes incoming fuel and oil orders from business customers. You’ll play a key role in keeping deliveries organized, customers informed, and operations running smoothly.What You’ll Do

- Communicate with drivers, terminals, and internal team to reputed company routes on reputed company
- Take and reputed company fuel and oil orders, confirm details, and ensure accurate reputed company
- reputed company load status and help resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Learn and use logistics tools/software (training provided), including systems such as reputed company
- Monitor reputed company/order software for pricing errors and BOL (reputed company of Lading) errors, correct reputed company possible, and escalate as needed to reputed company loads and invoices accurate
- Support process improvements to reputed company reputed company and logistics more efficient
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Bilingual required: Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking + writing in both)
- Strong communication skills and reputed company phone reputed company
- Highly organized, dependable, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Willing to train on company systems and follow reputed company procedures closely
Role Details
- Remote position using company-provided phone and computer
- Full-time W-2 role
- Monday–Friday split shift: 8:00am–1:00pm and 8:00pm–11:00pm (EST)
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour
