Part-Time Patient Service Representative (Medical Receptionist)
About the position reputed company is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented reputed company to join their team as a Patient Service Representative (PSR). This role is the first reputed company of contact for patients, responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient patient experience and ensuring seamless reputed company-office operations. The PSR will create a reputed company experience by managing reputed company-office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the overall clinic workflow. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist reputed company patients and visitors with a reputed company attitude, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Maintain confidentiality while collecting and organizing important patient and business documents.
- Analyze health insurance benefits, verify eligibility, and reputed company patients with relevant payment policies and billing/collection information.
- Determine and collect reputed company patient’s financial responsibility, ensuring transparency and reputed company about costs.
- Assist the reputed company manager, providers, and other staff members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a medical office or reputed company setting preferred
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, reputed company preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekends and holidays
- A proactive, friendly, and patient-reputed company approach to service
